钻孔常见不良问题,原因分析和改善方法

2.断钻咀

产生原因:(1)主轴(zhou)偏转(zhuan)(zhuan)过(guo)(guo)度(2)数(shu)控钻(zuan)机钻(zuan)孔时操作(zuo)不当(dang)(3)钻(zuan)咀选用不合(he)适(4)钻(zuan)头的转(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)不足,进(jin)刀速(su)率太(tai)(tai)大(5)叠板(ban)(ban)层数(shu)太(tai)(tai)多(duo)(6)板(ban)(ban)与板(ban)(ban)间或(huo)盖(gai)板(ban)(ban)下(xia)有杂物(7)钻(zuan)孔时主轴(zhou)的深度太(tai)(tai)深造成(cheng)钻(zuan)咀排屑(xie)不良发生绞死 (8)钻(zuan)咀的研(yan)磨(mo)次(ci)数(shu)过(guo)(guo)多(duo)或(huo)超寿(shou)命使用。(9)盖(gai)板(ban)(ban)划伤折皱、垫板(ban)(ban)弯曲不平(10)固定基板(ban)(ban)时胶(jiao)带(dai)贴的太(tai)(tai)宽或(huo)是(shi)盖(gai)板(ban)(ban)铝(lv)片、板(ban)(ban)材(cai)太(tai)(tai)小(11)进(jin)刀速(su)度太(tai)(tai)快造成(cheng)挤压所致(zhi)(12)特别是(shi)补孔时操作(zuo)不(13)盖(gai)板(ban)(ban)铝(lv)片下(xia)严(yan)重堵(du)灰(14)焊(han)接钻(zuan)咀尖的中(zhong)心度与钻(zuan)咀柄中(zhong)心有偏差

解决方(fang)法:

(1)应该通知机修对(dui)主轴(zhou)进行(xing)检(jian)(jian)修,或者更换好的(de)(de)主轴(zhou)。(2)A、检(jian)(jian)查(cha)压(ya)(ya)力(li)脚(jiao)气管道是否(fou)有堵塞B、根(gen)据(ju)钻(zuan)咀状(zhuang)态(tai)调(diao)整(zheng)压(ya)(ya)力(li)脚(jiao)的(de)(de)压(ya)(ya)力(li),检(jian)(jian)查(cha)压(ya)(ya)力(li)脚(jiao)压(ya)(ya)紧时的(de)(de)压(ya)(ya)力(li)数据(ju),正常(chang)为(wei)7.5公斤(jin)。C、检(jian)(jian)查(cha)主轴(zhou)转速变异情况及(ji)夹嘴(zui)内(nei)是否(fou)有铜丝影响转速的(de)(de)均匀(yun)性(xing)。D、钻(zuan)孔(kong)操作进行(xing)时检(jian)(jian)测主轴(zhou)转速变化情况及(ji)主轴(zhou)的(de)(de)稳定性(xing)。(可以作主轴(zhou)与主轴(zhou)之间(jian)对(dui)比)E、认真调(diao)整(zheng)压(ya)(ya)力(li)脚(jiao)与钻(zuan)头之间(jian)的(de)(de)状(zhuang)态(tai),钻(zuan)咀尖(jian)不可露出压(ya)(ya)脚(jiao),只允(yun)许钻(zuan)尖(jian)在压(ya)(ya)脚(jiao)内(nei)3.0mm处F、检(jian)(jian)测钻(zuan)孔(kong)台面的(de)(de)平行(xing)度和(he)

3、孔损

产生原因:(1)断钻(zuan)(zuan)咀后取钻(zuan)(zuan)咀造成(2)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)时没有铝片或夹反底(di)版(3)参数错误(wu)(4)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀拉长(zhang)(5)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀的有效长(zhang)度不能满足钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)叠板(ban)厚度需要(6)手钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)(7)板(ban)材特殊,批(pi)锋造成

解决方法:


(1)根(gen)据前面问题1,进(jin)行(xing)排(pai)查(cha)断刀原因,作(zuo)出(chu)正(zheng)确(que)的(de)(de)处理(2)铝片和底版(ban)都起(qi)(qi)到保护孔环作(zuo)用,生产时(shi)一(yi)定要用,可(ke)(ke)(ke)用与不可(ke)(ke)(ke)用底版(ban)分开方向统一(yi)放(fang)置(zhi),上(shang)板前在(zai)检(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)一(yi)次(ci)。(3)钻(zuan)孔前,必须检(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)钻(zuan)孔深(shen)度(du)是否(fou)符合,每(mei)支钻(zuan)咀的(de)(de)参(can)数(shu)是否(fou)设置(zhi)正(zheng)确(que)。(4)钻(zuan)机抓(zhua)起(qi)(qi)钻(zuan)咀,检(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)清楚钻(zuan)咀所夹的(de)(de)位置(zhi)是否(fou)正(zheng)确(que)再开机,开机时(shi)钻(zuan)咀一(yi)般不可(ke)(ke)(ke)以超出(chu)压脚。(5)在(zai)钻(zuan)咀上(shang)机前进(jin)行(xing)目测钻(zuan)咀有(you)效(xiao)长(zhang)度(du),并且可(ke)(ke)(ke)用生产板的(de)(de)叠数(shu)进(jin)行(xing)测量检(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)。(6)手(shou)动(dong)钻(zuan)孔切割精准度(du)、转速等(deng)不能(neng)达到要求(qiu),禁止用人(ren)手(shou)钻(zuan)孔。(7)在(zai)钻(zuan)特(te)殊板设置(zhi)参(can)数(shu)时(shi),根(gen)据品(pin)质情(qing)况进(jin)行(xing)适(shi)当选取参(can)数(shu),进(jin)刀不宜太快。

4.孔位(wei)(wei)偏、移(yi),对位(wei)(wei)失(shi)准(zhun)

产(chan)生(sheng)原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin):(1)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)过程(cheng)中钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)产(chan)生(sheng)偏移(yi)(yi)(yi)(2)盖(gai)板(ban)材(cai)料(liao)选(xuan)择不(bu)当(dang),软硬不(bu)适(3)基材(cai)产(chan)生(sheng)涨缩而造成孔(kong)位(wei)偏(4)所(suo)使用的配合定位(wei)工(gong)具(ju)使用不(bu)当(dang)(5)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)时(shi)(shi)压脚设置(zhi)不(bu)当(dang),撞到销钉(ding)使生(sheng)产(chan)板(ban)在(zai)产(chan)生(sheng)移(yi)(yi)(yi)动(6)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)运(yun)行(xing)过程(cheng)中产(chan)生(sheng)共(gong)振(7)弹簧夹头(tou)不(bu)干净(jing)或(huo)损(sun)坏(8)生(sheng)产(chan)板(ban)、面(mian)板(ban)偏孔(kong)位(wei)或(huo)整叠位(wei)偏移(yi)(yi)(yi)(9)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)在(zai)运(yun)行(xing)接触盖(gai)板(ban)时(shi)(shi)产(chan)生(sheng)滑(hua)动(10)盖(gai)板(ban)铝片表面(mian)划痕(hen)或(huo)折痕(hen),在(zai)引导(dao)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)咀下钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)时(shi)(shi)产(chan)生(sheng)偏差(cha)。(11)没(mei)有打销钉(ding)(12)原(yuan)(yuan)点不(bu)同(13)胶纸未贴牢(lao)(14)钻(zuan)(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)机(ji)的X、Y轴出现移(yi)(yi)(yi)动偏差(cha)(15)程(cheng)序有问题

解决方法

(1)A、检(jian)查(cha)主轴是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否偏(pian)转(zhuan)(zhuan)B、减少叠板(ban)(ban)数量(liang)(liang),通(tong)常按照(zhao)双(shuang)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)叠层数量(liang)(liang)为(wei)(wei)钻(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)(tou)直径的(de)(de)6倍而多(duo)层板(ban)(ban)叠层数量(liang)(liang)为(wei)(wei)钻(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)(tou)直径的(de)(de)2~3倍。C、增加(jia)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)转(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)或(huo)(huo)降(jiang)低进(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)刀速(su)率;D、检(jian)查(cha)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否符合(he)(he)工(gong)艺要求(qiu)(qiu),否则(ze)重新刃磨;E、检(jian)查(cha)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)顶(ding)尖(jian)与(yu)钻(zuan)(zuan)咀(ju)(ju)柄是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否具(ju)备(bei)良好同中(zhong)心度(du)(du);F、检(jian)查(cha)钻(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)(tou)与(yu)弹(dan)簧夹头(tou)(tou)之间的(de)(de)固(gu)定状态是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否紧固(gu);G、检(jian)测(ce)和(he)校正钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)工(gong)作台板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)稳定和(he)稳定性(xing)(xing)。(2)选(xuan)(xuan)择(ze)高(gao)密度(du)(du)0.50mm的(de)(de)石灰盖板(ban)(ban)或(huo)(huo)者更(geng)换复合(he)(he)盖板(ban)(ban)材料(liao)(上下两层是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)厚(hou)度(du)(du)0.06mm的(de)(de)铝合(he)(he)金箔,中(zhong)间是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)纤维芯,总厚(hou)度(du)(du)为(wei)(wei)0.35mm)。(3)根据板(ban)(ban)材的(de)(de)特性(xing)(xing),钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)前或(huo)(huo)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)后(hou)进(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行烤板(ban)(ban)处理(一般是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)145℃±5℃,烘(hong)烤4小(xiao)时(shi)为(wei)(wei)准)(4)检(jian)查(cha)或(huo)(huo)检(jian)测(ce)工(gong)具(ju)孔(kong)(kong)尺寸精度(du)(du)及上定位销的(de)(de)位置是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否有(you)偏(pian)移。(5)检(jian)查(cha)重新设置压(ya)脚高(gao)度(du)(du), 正常压(ya)脚高(gao)度(du)(du)距(ju)板(ban)(ban)面(mian)还(hai)有(you)0.80mm为(wei)(wei)钻(zuan)(zuan)孔(kong)(kong)最佳压(ya)脚高(gao)度(du)(du)(6)选(xuan)(xuan)择(ze)合(he)(he)适的(de)(de)钻(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)(tou)转(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)。(7)清洗或(huo)(huo)更(geng)换好的(de)(de)弹(dan)簧夹头(tou)(tou)。(8)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)未装入销钉(ding),管制板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)销钉(ding)太低或(huo)(huo)松动,需要重新定位更(geng)换销钉(ding)(9)选(xuan)(xuan)择(ze)合(he)(he)适的(de)(de)进(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)刀速(su)率或(huo)(huo)选(xuan)(xuan)抗折(zhe)强度(du)(du)更(geng)好的(de)(de)钻(zuan)(zuan)头(tou)(tou)。(10)更(geng)换表面(mian)平整(zheng)无折(zhe)痕的(de)(de)盖板(ban)(ban)铝片(pian)(11)按要求(qiu)(qiu)进(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行钉(ding)板(ban)(ban)作业(12)记录并核实原点(dian)(13)将胶纸贴与(yu)板(ban)(ban)边成90度(du)(du)直角,(14)反馈(kui)通(tong)知机(ji)修(xiu)调试维修(xiu)钻(zuan)(zuan)机(ji)(15)查(cha)看核实,通(tong)知工(gong)程进(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行修(xiu)改(gai)
